Episode 1 - "Shadow Phoenix"
A new fairy shows up at Alfia exhausted and with a sleeping baby pixie.
Episode 2 - "Up to their old Trix"
Layla is introduced as the new fairy and asks for help in rescuing the rest of the pixies she had to leave behind in her escape from Lord Darkar's castle. Lord Darkar meanwhile breaks the Trix out of their rehabilitation prison.
Episode 3 - "Rescue Mission" or "Into the Under Realm"
Bloom, Stella, Layla, Brandon and Sky head to the Underrealm to rescue the pixies. They battle monsters on their way and the fairies temporarily loose their powers.
Episode 4 - "Princess Amentia" or "Queen of Perfection"
Brandon and Stella are separated from the rest of the group and end up in a kingdom where Stella is banished and Brandon is forced into an arranged marriage to the princess.
Episode 5 - "Magic Bonding" or "Rescuing the Pixies"
Layla goes to rescue the pixies while Bloom, Stella, and Sky are forced to fight the Trix.
Episode 6 - "Runaway Groom" or "My Boyfriend's Wedding"
After leaving Darkar's fortress, Bloom, Sky, Stella, Layla and the pixies head for Downland to stop Brandon and the princess's marriage.
Episode 7 - "The Mysterious Stone" or "The Dark Tower"
Back at Alfia, after their rescue mission, the Winx must find a way to destroy a stone that has suddenly appeared at the school.
Episode 8 - "Party Crasher" or "Party Monster"
The Winx are at Redfountain for festivities, but so are the Trix in disguise. They make a distraction so that they can steal the codex.
Episode 9 - "Professor Avalon's Secret" or "The Angel of Doom"
Techna and Digit become suspicious of Professor Avalon's actions.
Episode 10 - "Crypt of the Codex" or "Reaching for the Sky"
The Trix attack Redfountain to retrieve a piece of the Codex. Sky dies but Bloom discovers a new power that saves him
Episode 11 - "Race Against Time" or "Homesick"
Lord Darkar places a homesickness spell on the pixies that make them try to return to Pixie Village.
Episode 12 - "Win-x Together!" or "Truth or Dare"
A specialist named Jared corrupts the simulation chamber. Darcy attempts to sabotage the Winx during their simulator test.
Episode 13 - "Invisible Pixies" or "Gangs of Gardenia"
Bloom, Stella, Musa and Layla go to Earth where Musa and Layla attain the attention of a local gang at a nightclub when Musa changes the music in a club using magic.
Episode 14 - "Battle on Planet Eraklyon" or "The Wrong Righters"
Sky takes Bloom home to meet his parents. There they find out that Princess Diaspro has been kidnapped by Yoshinoya, who wants to rule Eraklyon, and demands a ransom.
Episode 15 - "The Show Must Go On!" or "Magic in My Heart"
Musa performs at Redfountain. Her father threatens to transfer however to keep her from music. Stormy attacks Musa's father to get revenge.
Episode 16 - "Hallowinx!" or "The Fourth Witch"
Mitzi invites the Winx to her halloween party where she tries to play a trick on them. In the end she's the one that has the trick played on her.
Episode 17 - "Twinning with the Witches" or "Exchange Students"
The Winx Club go to Cloudtower with Mirta to protect the piece of the Codex that is hidden there. The Trix show up causing mayhem every which way to distract the Winx.
Episode 18 - "In the Heart of Cloudtower" or "The Heart of Cloud Tower"
Cloudtower is still under attack from the Trix, but the constant bickering between the Winx cause them to not be able to stop the Trix.
Episode 19 - "Spy in the Shadows" or "Shadows in Bloom"
Bloom is controlled by an evil darkness which causes her to steal the piece of the Codex hidden at Alfea.
Episode 20 - "Pixie Village" or "The First Charmix"
The Winx go on vacation to rebuild their teamwork, and take the Specialists as protection in the Wildlands where magic is very limited. Bloom earns her Charmix. Icy follows the messenger pixie to pixie village.
Episode 21 - "Charmix Power" or "Trouble in Paradise"
The Trix go to the Wildlands to capture Bloom where they put the wild animals under their influence to capture her.
Episode 22 - "Danger in the Wildland" or "Last Resorts"
Timmy hatches a plan to prevent the Trix from taking Bloom. Layla and Tecna earn their Charmix.
Episode 23 - "The Time For Truth" or "Darkness and Light"
The real Professor Avalon escapes from Lord Darkar's fortress, and ends up at Alfea. The pixies are exposed to a weird pollen in the Wildlands and get sick. Bloom is captured by who is thought to be a friend, and taken to Darkar's fortress. Flora earns her Charmix.
Episode 24 - "Darkar's Prisoner" or "Desperately Seeking Bloom"
The Wins, Pixies, and Specialists head to the Underrealm to rescue Bloom, who has been placed under Darkar's spell. Brandon, Sky, and Layla request Princess Amentia's assistance.
Episode 25 - "Face to Face with the Enemy" or "Storming Shadowhaunt"
The Wiinx and Specialists enter the underrealm and head to Darkar's fortress. Darkar sees the Trix as useless and banishes them once their Gloomix is burned out.
Episode 26 - "the Phoenix Revealed" or "The Ultimate Power Couple"
Darkar and Dark Bloom enter the Realm of Realix to obtain the Ultimate Power. The Winx, specialists, Ms. Faragonda, Ms. Griffin and Cordatorta fight many obstacles in order to enter the Realm of Realix and destroy Darkar.
